Time Never Forgets

Traveling to San Diego this year with my long-time friend we made a trip to Point Loma Rosencrans Naval Cemetery, near Midway Museum. Her father abandoned her family when she was 6 years old. It was a burning thought for her to one day find his resting place. Emotions ran deep, and the tears flowed. She hugged hard! We spent quite a bit of time not only reuniting my friend with her father, but also experiencing humble gratitude for all who lay in this solemn place.
